Qualifications

• Active P&C license in state of practice.
• Experience servicing commercial insurance accounts in an agency.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Service large Commercial Lines accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Assist with renewal marketing, proposals, and coverage analysis.
• Process client inquiries, invoices, and policy changes.
• Support billing questions and claim assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate client files in the agency management system.
