• Provide end-to-end service: quotes for new and renewal business, cross-sell, ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with producers and team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Participate in quarterly team events to foster a collaborative environment.
