Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to service a portfolio in Oklahoma. You will manage client relationships, process endorsements, billing, and policy transactions while supporting producers and the claims team.

The role requires 3–7 years of Commercial Lines experience, an active Oklahoma/TX P&C license, and proficiency with Applied Epic and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-7 years Commercial Lines insurance account management experience.
• Oklahoma and TX Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic and Microsoft Office.
• Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, AINS, AAI, ARM, CRM, or CPCU are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve a commercial lines book of business and build client relationships.
• Process endorsements, billing/payments, and policy transactions.
• Assist the Claims Coordinator when needed.
• Prepare new and renewal submissions and proposals for Producers.
• Issue certificates, auto ID cards, and binders; manage cancellations and audits.
