• Knowledge of banking regulations pertaining to credit and collection.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate commercial loan/lease applications from bank officers, brokers, and customers.
• Present loan requests to senior credit officers for decisions when appropriate.
• Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls and company policies.
• Train new lending officers and junior Loan Specialists for consistency and quality.
• Assess financial condition, cash flow and credit history to support loan decisions.
