Proximo Spirits, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Finance & Distributor Strategy in Jersey City.

You will help build the Annual Operating Plan, drive forecasting, and track NSV/KPIs by state and distributor to maximize profit and deliver against AOP commitments. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to standardize reporting, support distributor meetings, and resolve issues affecting plan delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of finance experience (FP&A or sales/commercial finance a plus).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Brand/Marketing to support the development, consolidation, and distribution of the annual AOP by brand and state.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting that enables performance tracking versus AOP (depletions, shipments, mix, pricing, and key drivers).
• Provide data-driven analysis using internal and external sources to inform short- and long-term KPI targets for Sales, Brand, and Marketing teams.
• Support the allocations and SG3 NPD forecasting process in partnership with Commercial and Brand/Marketing teams.
• Support launch readiness planning by ensuring forecasts are aligned across functions and reflected in planning tools and reporting cadences.
• Provide business insights and analytics to support distributor meetings, scorecards, and internal QBRs.
