Job summary

Proximo Spirits, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst in Jersey City, NJ. The role partners with the Commercial org to deliver depletion-based reporting, forecasting, and decision support to improve NSV, gross profit, and execution.

You will own core dashboards, support pricing, and collaborate with distributors to optimize performance. The position offers development toward Commercial Finance Manager roles, works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and requires relocation/onsite

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business or related field.
MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
3-5+ years in Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Revenue Management or Analytics (CPG/beverage alcohol preferred).
Familiarity with depletion-based performance measures and distributor reporting preferred.
Experience with trade spend governance and marketing spend tracking preferred.
Experience with Aera, GreatVines and ERP/finance data sources.

Responsibilities

Serve as finance and analytics partner to the Commercial organization to improve NSV and gross profit.
Own reporting routines: Monthly Flash, Monthly Performance Review, KPI dashboards.
Support pricing analysis and local price structures with RGM/Price 2.0 team.
Identify NSV opportunities and coordinate with distributors for issue resolution.
Deliver ad hoc analysis and decision support across price, promo, and mix.
