The role requires at least two years of estimating experience in commercial concrete, knowledge of cast-in-place concrete, rebar, and form

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience estimating commercial concrete projects.
• Knowledge of cast-in-place concrete, footings, foundations and site work.
• Familiarity with form materials and rebar.
• Ability to assemble scope with inclusions, exclusions and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Seek bid documents and maintain contact with prospective client representatives.
• Review proposals, specifications, drawings and bid documents to determine scope.
• Develop quantity takeoffs from plans and coordinate with subcontract trades.
• Prepare proposals and bid packages reflecting labor, materials, equipment and overhead.
• Develop schedules and phasing plans for projects.
• Support construction operations and project management when warranted.
