• Provide outstanding customer service and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with RMs and Portfolio Managers to address client needs.
• Maintain accurate client information in databases and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage client relationships.
• Process daily client requests accurately and timely (wires, cashier’s checks, transfers, maintenance changes).
• Validate, review, and obtain approvals for day-to-day transactions within delegated authority.
• Support RMs with loan and deposit portfolio management and overdraft decisions.
• Escalate fraud or unusual transactions per the firm guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of Commercial Banking products, pricing, policies, and procedures.
