Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with emphasis on collections, AR management, or denial management; infusion billing/collections experience 2+ years.
• 2+ years of management and performance coaching experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing data using Excel, reporting platforms, or practice management/billing systems.
• Strong understanding of payer billing requirements, EOBs, remittance processing, and denial codes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Collections Operations by setting productivity standards and follow-up timelines to drive timely AR resolution.
• Coach staff on workflows, payer-specific requirements, and account prioritization strategies.
• Monitor adherence to follow-up protocols and escalate gaps to leadership.
• Ensure processes align with payer contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal billing policies.
• Collaborate on denial management strategies and escalated account resolution.
