RTX is seeking a Senior Strategic Coatings Manufacturing Engineer to develop and qualify new processes across HSMC sites in Asheville, NC, East Hartford, CT, and Middletown, NY. You will lead cross-site manufacturing readiness, define future process needs, and drive cost reductions through data-driven improvements.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Operations with 8+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years), and 3-5 years in operations or manufacturing engineering.

The Senior Strategic Coatings Manufacturing Engineer will develop and qualify new processes to meet or exceed delivery and quality targets, and assist in manufacturing readiness for these processes at HSMC sites in Asheville, NC, East Hartford, CT, and Middletown, NY. The candidate will work across the module center by demonstrating technical project management, interpersonal and team skills, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business requirements.
Onsite – employees will work primarily onsite on production and maintenance tasks. Commute to assigned site is personal responsibility.
USD 107,500 – 204,500.
