Job summary

Lodgco seeks a Cluster Director of Sales for the Midland hotels (Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, Hampton Inn). Lead sales across multiple properties, drive revenue, and build relationships with key accounts and community partners to grow market share.

You will develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with hotel teams to execute group and event business while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel experience, preferably hotel sales experience.
• Hospitality or Business degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for multiple hotels and brands.
• Manage and analyze sales budgets and revenue opportunities.
