Job summary

Equifax, Inc. seeks a senior Product Owner to bridge customers, product management and engineering in a hybrid environment in the United States. You will articulate requirements, decompose work into increments, and help shape roadmaps and MVP definitions while partnering with QE and architecture teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product ownership within cloud-based or SaaS settings, strong Agile facilitation, and the ability to collaborate across global teams and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of product owner experience in a cloud-based and/or SaaS environment.
• Working experience using Agile methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies and Lean product management required.
• Working experience with data structures, data analytics and AI concepts preferred.
• Experience working with cross functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connects with the Customer in partnership with Product Management - understand needs and decompose work into increments.
• Contributes to the Plan and Roadmap - backlog grooming, MVP definition and dependency management.
• Manages & Prioritizes Team Backlog(s) - create stories, sprint planning, acceptance criteria and demos.
• Getting and Applying Feedback & Lessons Learned - synthesize feedback, track adoption KPIs, iterate.
