Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Migration Product Owner to partner with clients as they modernize and migrate mission systems to the cloud. You will align stakeholders, refine requirements, and drive an Agile roadmap in a fast-changing environment.

You will lead backlog, run sprint ceremonies, and measure progress with metrics while coordinating with development teams and client leadership to ensure timely, secure delivery of cloud migration initiatives. A Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or working with Agile teams in a technical environment.
• Experience with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience using GitLab or Jira.
• Experience writing and managing epics, user stories, tasks, developing clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done, and managing backlogs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, and how to apply them to application development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Guide migration of client systems to the cloud in collaboration with clients.
• Manage project backlogs and lead sprint ceremonies.
• Develop project milestones and track progress using metrics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand missions and timelines and translate them into an actionable roadmap.
• Work with the team to deliver tangible improvements in cloud migration initiatives.
