Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience working with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle
• Experience using tools such as GitLab or Jira
• Experience writing and managing issues such as epics user stories and tasks, developing clear, well-formed acceptance criteria and definitions of done, and managing backlogs
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, and how to apply them to application development efforts
• Ability to lead development teams and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile development of a project roadmap, milestones, and progress metrics.
• Manage backlogs, test capabilities, and lead sprint ceremonies with the team.
• Work closely with clients to understand missions and timelines, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Communicate progress to customers, team members, and leadership on a regular basis.
• Guide cloud migration initiatives and modernization efforts for critical systems.
