Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, systems architecture, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing technical teams, staffing, and task execution for complex federal programs.
• Proven ability to make architectural and technical decisions with enterprise-level impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management leadership across major architecture and application modernization initiatives.
• Define and execute technical goals and implementation plans aligned with DTAM program objectives.
• Guide full lifecycle development including design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operations support.

Cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architecture design and support
