Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Develop cloud migration strategies for applications, databases, and workloads.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.
• Optimize cloud performance, reliability, and cost across all environments.
• Define cloud networking, VPC structures, subnets, firewalls, and routing.
• Implement enterprise-grade security, identity management, and IAM policies.
• Oversee cloud deployments, automation, and orchestration pipelines.
• Design disaster recovery and high-availability architectures.
• Integrate monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Prometheus.
• Work with DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation workflows.
• Support hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.
• Manage cloud governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Implement data storage strategies using S3, Blob, SQL, NoSQL, or Data Lakes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into cloud solutions.
• Perform capacity planning and environment scaling activities.
• Troubleshoot cloud performance and network issues.
• Implement containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Maintain cloud architecture diagrams, documentation, and SOPs.
• Conduct cloud security assessments and penetration tests.
• Continuously evaluate new cloud services and emerging technologies.
