Job summary

Computrition, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead cloud technology initiatives from concept to completion, while contributing to select on-premise software growth.

You will manage project scope, timeline, budget and deliverables, collaborating with product development, engineering, operations, finance and executive leadership to deliver solutions on time and within budget. The role requires experience using AI tools to accelerate planning, tracking and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA/equivalent is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of experience managing cloud, software product development, or technical projects.
• Experience in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare foodservice operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead project kickoffs, regular status meetings, post-project reviews, and the swift execution of action items.
• Track project progress and deliverables through established project management tools and reporting systems.
• Partner with the President on strategic planning for cloud growth initiatives and select on-premise initiatives.
• Track execution against strategic milestones and drive corrective action.
• Contribute to commercial and business planning views and connect delivery to outcomes.
• Establish and manage project budgets, forecasting, tracking, and reporting variances.
• Ensure expenditures align with budgets and policies.
• Provide quarterly budget summaries and variance analyses to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for enhanced financial performance.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project communication across departments.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate quarterly strategic reviews and engage with customers to solicit feedback.
