Job summary

MMS seeks an experienced Strategic Statistician to lead the design and analysis for clinical trials, precision medicine, and real‑world data analytics. The role blends internal SME duties with client consultation to tackle a broad range of statistical challenges.

You will drive study design, analysis plans, and reporting for KerusCloud, collaborating with the product team and supporting pre‑sales with technical solutions and estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong statistical component; master’s or PhD preferred.
• 5–7 years applying medical statistics in pharma, CRO, or academia.
• Willingness to engage with clients and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience with SAS or R and study design is preferred.
• Knowledge of modelling, simulation, and Bayesian approaches is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead study design discussions and develop statistical analysis plans.
• Prepare protocols and reports; summarize and visualize data.
• Provide statistical consultancy across clinical development and pre‑sales.
• Oversee third‑party deliverables and maintain knowledge of methods.
• Collaborate with product teams to define statistical features of KerusCloud.
• Support marketing with demonstrations and white papers.
