Job summary

MMS, a data-focused clinical research organization, is seeking a Consultant Statistician (internal SME) to lead statistical services for KerusCloud inside the Biometrics Strategic Consulting Arm. You will guide study design, simulation, and regulatory-ready analysis while collaborating with sponsors and product teams.

You will advise clients on statistical methods, develop plans and reports, and contribute to pre-sales and marketing efforts, driving innovative analytics for clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level or higher with strong statistical focus required
• 5–7 years applying medical statistics in pharma/CRO/academic settings
• Experience engaging with clients to understand problems and propose solutions
• Experience delivering customer projects to high quality standards
• Experience with SAS and/or R statistical software
• Experience in study design and protocol/report writing preferred
• Experience in modelling & simulation techniques for complex designs preferred
• Experience with Bayesian design & analysis preferred
• Experience with early-phase drug development processes including adaptive study design preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the full life-cycle of KerusCloud support and statistical services
• Assist customers with study design and simulation to align with objectives
• Prepare study protocols and develop Statistical Analysis Plans and Reports
• Summarise, analyse and visualise study data using diverse methods
• Provide statistical consultancy across the full span of clinical development
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant research techniques and participate in professional development
• Support pre-sales discussions to identify client needs and contribute to technical solutions
• Collaborate with Product Development to define features and statistical aspects of KerusCloud
• Support marketing with demonstrations, white papers and client materials
