Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, pharmacology or with a strong statistical component; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience applying medical statistics in pharma, CRO, or academia.
• Experience with SAS and/or R statistical software.
• Experience in study design, protocols and report writing.
• Experience in modelling and simulation techniques for complex study designs.
• Experience with Bayesian approaches to design and analysis of clinical data.
• Willingness to engage with clients to understand problems and provide business-oriented solutions.
• Experience delivering customer projects to high-quality standards.
• Experience in early-phase drug development including adaptive study design.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle of KerusCloud support and statistical services.
• Assist clients with study design and simulation aligning with objectives.
• Prepare study protocols and develop SAPs and analysis reports.
• Summarize and visualize study data and deliver results on schedule.
• Provide statistical consultancy across clinical development, overseeing third-party work.
• Maintain knowledge of new research techniques and engage in professional development.
• Support pre-sales discussions to identify client needs and contribute to solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Development to define features and statistical aspects.
• Support marketing of KerusCloud with client demos and white papers.
