Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior Clinical Operations Lead to provide leadership, direction, and execution of essential protocols for clinical programs. You will plan and implement trials, oversee vendor management and budgets, forecast study costs with finance, ensure GCP/compliance, and drive cross-functional collaboration to advance our CNS portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA in a biomedical discipline or equivalent.
• BS/BA with 6+ years of related experience; MS with 5+; Doctorate with 3+ years.
• 3+ years clinical operations and pharmaceutical business experience.
• Leadership, clinical project management, administrative and technical capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Direct experience in clinical pharmacology/experimental medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement clinical trials for assigned programs.
• Oversee vendor selection, RFPs, timelines, budgets, contracts.
• Forecast study budgets and manage with finance.
• Serve as Clinical Operations Lead in project teams.
• Ensure compliance with protocol and GCPs.
• Contribute to Target Product Profile development.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Research leads across functions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to meet industry standards.
• Participate in resource planning and SOP reviews.
