Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM; PhD preferred for advanced research leadership.
• 7+ years in biotech/pharma/diagnostics with translational/clinical studies.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into actionable items.
• Strong project management with familiarity using Smartsheet and MS Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cross-functional partner for collaborative studies, providing visibility and momentum.
• Develop collaborative research plans and statements of work, monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and evaluate new clinical research opportunities and coordinate due diligence.
• Act as connective tissue across business, clinical, research, medical, legal and leadership teams.
• Manage execution timelines, resources, risks, and interdependencies in a matrixed environment.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to summarize collaboration status and next steps.
