INFUSE is seeking a passionate Client Success Specialist to join our Chicago team. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

You will communicate progress to stakeholders and collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities. In this role you will also assist with administrative tasks, manage schedules, and support cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Identify opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales to ensure growth.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry and schedule management.
