Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC seeks a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for sub-servicing clients and to grow strategic relationships. You will oversee all aspects of client interaction, host regular meetings, and deliver servicing playbooks and performance reports.

The role requires 3–5 years in client management within financial services, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the mortgage servicing industry.
• 3–5 years of sales, vendor/client management or business development in financial services.
• Knowledge and experience working with MSP.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in client cultivation and building external partnerships.
• Ability to understand servicing operations, internal controls and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for an assigned group of sub-servicing clients.
• Oversee and maintain all aspects of the client relationship.
• Organize and host regular client check-in meetings and onsite visits.
• Create and maintain client servicing playbooks.
• Manage, track and respond to client inquiries.
• Coordinate and manage client special requests and projects.
• Review and circulate performance reporting.
• Assist in organization and preparation of client deliverables.
• Communicate trends or issues to the VP of Client Management & Client Billing.
• Meet RoundPoint’s commitment to compliance.
