AE2S in Lehi, UT seeks a Client Program Leader to deepen client partnerships and expand AE2S’s regional presence in water, wastewater, and related infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes strategic account growth, high-quality project delivery, and face-to-face client engagement with municipalities, districts, and utility providers across Utah. You will align resources, coach teams, and drive long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of leadership experience in the engineering industry.
• Experience in consulting, utility management, public works, special district leadership, or public infrastructure programs.
• Ability to travel within Utah for client meetings and project discussions.
• Completion of pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own client experience, strategic growth, business development, market awareness, and long-term relationships across Utah.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Practice Leaders, Project Managers, Client Managers, and technical experts to deliver consulting services in water, wastewater, and related infrastructure.
• Build trusted relationships with municipalities, special districts, and utility providers; maintain in-person client engagement.
• Lead proactive client feedback efforts to support satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Support staffing decisions, office presence, and market positioning.
