Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Client Development Representative to build long-term client relationships and generate new business. You will spend significant time meeting with clients, leveraging personal contacts, and coordinating with Marketing and other departments to pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 3 years’ related experience; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the client development representative for an office or department.
• Responsible for using personal contacts to develop long-term client relationships.
• Spends time outside the office in direct contact with clients and prospects.
• Schedules meetings with existing and potential clients to introduce or remind them of the firm’s capabilities.
• Develops networking contacts to generate client leads and provide new projects from past, existing and future clients.
• Assists operations managers with client development plans and programs.
• Uses professional organizations to network and develop intelligence on competition.
• Collaborates with NAMs, Sectors, Marketing to coordinate client and project pursuits.
• Assists with organization and execution of promotional activities and trade shows.
