Job summary

Porter, a Seattle-based design and interiors firm, seeks a Client Experience Manager to partner with clients from concept to installation. You will manage multi-phase projects, coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors, and help drive revenue opportunities.

The role requires deep knowledge of commercial furniture, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules and budgets across North America.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in commercial interiors, furniture, or related industries.
• Strong product knowledge of systems furniture and ancillary products (e.g., Steelcase).

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships from initial contact through project delivery.
• Support bid opportunities and revenue strategies with Sales Management.
• Conduct site visits, take field measurements, and coordinate with design teams.
