Job description

We are hiring a full-desk Healthcare Client Consultant. This role is working for us at ROI Search Group. It is fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing! We are seeking an experienced team member to support our existing client base, along with new business development opportunities, working on high-value and critical healthcare, life sciences, insurance, scientific, and commercial-focused positions. The Healthcare Client Consultant will build and maintain new client relationships through excellence in the recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. The role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management, working closely with our recruitment team, and ensuring responsiveness in client-facing activities. The Healthcare Client Consultant is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness or has a strong willingness to learn. This person should be exceptional at developing and maintaining relationships and should have strong attention to detail while being able to see the big picture.

The position will be based in Indiana and is remote with occasional travel (2%). Currently, we host an annual training and meeting with the team in Indiana, as well as quarterly meetings as schedules permit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new relationships with organizations; focusing on business development and client relationships.
  • Networking with and sourcing the very best talent in the Healthcare industry.
  • Ensuring high-quality delivery of talent and process management.
  • Meeting and interviewing potential candidates of ROI Search Group.
  • Finding additional business development partnership opportunities within the target client base.
  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to develop new opportunities and also source candidates that meet client profiles and/or build talent pools for current and future engagements.
  • Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
  • Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
  • Process management and sourcing.
  • Follow the agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery.
  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in the presentation and short-list process.
  • Candidate relationship management.
  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.
  • A strong focus will be on business development, developing new relationships, and presenting our services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience working in staffing and recruitment in both the client and candidate spaces and/or 5+ years experience in sales.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated mindset along with detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and ability to see the big picture.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • 3+ years of Healthcare, life sciences, or other sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).

This role is remote and full-time with occasional travel (2-5%).

Job Summary:

In this role, you will run a full desk. You will manage the candidate cycle from beginning to end, research, source recruiting, gather market intel, facilitate the scheduling of interviews, offer negotiation, and maintain relationships. To ensure success in the business, you will need to exceed weekly KPIs, including outbound calls, texts, and e-mail communications to organizations across the country.

You will make direct, proactive contact with desired corporate prospects at various organizational levels (C-suite to manager) via phone, text, e-mail, and/or in-person to initiate and cultivate new clients. This includes identifying and securing searches within designated functions with a local focus and national reach. You will also manage a pipeline of original client companies, contacts, and partnerships while serving as a consultative business partner and facilitating clients’ short, mid, and long-term goals.

You will report to Stacey McCreery, Founder & CEO, and join a hardworking and passionate team.

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate should have 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Prior executive search and/or recruiting experience is preferred but will also consider candidates with a background in sales, or management consulting.
  • You should be a highly motivated, strong work ethic, accountable, high integrity self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
