Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven results.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer communication needs.
• Develop, coordinate and implement client communication plans.
• Lead projects with limited guidance, ensuring accuracy, branding and compliance.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance communication strategies and efficiency.
• Deliver multi-channel communications to maximize retention and engagement.
• Ensure programs comply with laws, regulations and bank policies.
• Provide resources and guidance to business-line leaders.
