Formación

• Typical, 3+ years of relevant experience; degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in a financial services org with banking products, pricing and profitability.
• Licensing: SIE required; Life/Health insurance and Series licenses may be needed.
• If licenses are not held, they must be obtained within 120 days of start date.
• Strong deposit, loan, mortgage knowledge and credit risk awareness.
• Brokerage and insurance product knowledge essential.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact to uncover financial needs and offer banking/investment solutions.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisor for complex client needs.
• Grow assets and client base via cross-sell and relationship expansion.
• Develop and execute a business plan to meet sales targets.
