Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
• Possession of a Project Management Certification.
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience including database development and experience in financial and account reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for the effective implementation of Citywide strategic and operating initiatives and policies.
• Direct program and project implementation across multiple city functions (Public Works, Planning, Permits, Inspections, Zoning, Building and Code Enforcement, Economic Development, IT, Parks and Recreation, Fleet Management, Municipal Courts, Building Maintenance).
• Oversee multi-year, multi-million-dollar capital projects with accountability for timely, high-quality, cost-efficient delivery and client satisfaction.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Management, or related field
