Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply seeks a Chief Information Officer to maximize the value of its technology investments. This leader will partner with Stores/Operations, Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to integrate technology into every aspect of the business and customer experience.

The CIO will drive adoption, optimization, and business value from ERP, POS, eCommerce, data, and infrastructure platforms while shaping strategy, governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading technology organizations in retail or multi-location environments.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive outcomes.
• Experience in large-scale technology transformations and enterprise adoption.
• Strong understanding of ERP, commerce, supply chain, data and customer engagement platforms.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong financial, organizational, and change leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
