Murdoch's Home Office in Bozeman, MT seeks a Chief Information Officer to maximize the value of our technology investments, improving customer experience and team member effectiveness while boosting business performance.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will define the technology strategy, own ERP/POS/eCommerce/data platforms, and lead a high-performing organization to drive growth, operational excellence, and strong governance, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in retail or multi-location environments.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders to improve customer experience, operations, and financial results.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformations and driving adoption of enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of retail technology ecosystems including ERP, commerce, supply chain, data, and engagement platforms.
• Track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial, organizational, and change leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technology strategy to support Murdoch's objectives and growth.
• Own performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of core platforms (ERP, POS, eCommerce, supply chain).
• Balance operational excellence with strategic planning and disciplined execution of initiatives.
• Ensure business continuity and cybersecurity, with strong governance.
• Build and develop a high-performing technology organization and foster accountability and collaboration.
