Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC. seeks a Counterintelligence Specialist serving as the Passage Material (PaM) Coordinator to provide operational CI support to USINDOPACOM J2X.

The role focuses on processing, evaluating, and coordinating PaM in alignment with DoDI S-5240.09, supporting CCMD goals and OFCO authorities. The ideal candidate will coordinate PaM across J2X, service components, and external partners, ensuring compliant decisions and proper documentation in CCMD systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting CI operations, targeting, or CI mission planning.
• Knowledge of DoDI S-5240.09 and policies governing Passage Material and OFCO authorities.
• Strong analytic, organizational, and documentation skills in support of operational approval processes.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple staff sections, service components, and supporting agencies.
• Excellent written communication skills with accurate, compliant operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• PaM & Offensive CI Operations Support for J2X, aligning with OFCO objectives.
• Manage PaM processing workflow, including staff approvals and documentation.
• Coordinate with CCMD staff, service components, and external partners on PaM submissions.
• Develop, validate, or refine PaM to support CCMD CI requirements and priorities.
