Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a Child Nutrition Funding Analyst (Consultant #643) to support ISBE and USDA funding programs from its Springfield, IL office. You will manage records, run FRIS vouchers, and ensure correct funding allocations across state systems.

Responsibilities include generating monthly federal nutrition reports, maintaining EPS/MIDAS data, and coordinating with the Comptroller's Office on funding and payment updates, while upholding strong accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Experience with accounting and Excel required.
• Experience handling large data systems and reporting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build cooperative working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as fiscal liaison to ISBE Nutrition Department and USDA.
• Assign unique identifiers to entities seeking ISBE funding.
• Maintain meal count records and handle claim adjustments.
• Prepare Federal Child Nutrition reports monthly.
• Process FRIS program reports and vouchers.
• Coordinate updates with EPS, MIDAS and Comptroller offices.
