Job summary

The candidate will coordinate cabinet actions, monitor progress, and lead high-priority initiatives while ensuring organizational effectiveness and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in charter networks, districts, or complex organizations.
• Senior-level experience managing cross-functional priorities and executive operations.
• Preferred HR, talent management, workforce planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the Superintendent, translating priorities into actions and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain dashboards and routines tracking district priorities, risks, and progress.
• Coordinate Cabinet items, cross-functional commitments, and executive meetings for effective execution.
• Monitor staffing planning and organizational design to support district priorities.
• Lead districtwide initiatives requiring multiple departments and regions.
