Job summary

Pendo seeks a strategic Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and executive team in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on shaping priorities, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning strategy into execution.

Travel is required, and you will synthesize data, form opinions, and drive critical initiatives with minimal supervision. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating executive priorities into measurable business outcomes, and you will lead high-stakes meetings and offsites with the CEO

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in technology, top-tier consulting, investing, or another high-performance environment.
• Experience partnering directly with a founder, CEO, or senior executive and owning enterprise-level initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Track record of delivering measurable cross-functional business outcomes across complex, senior-stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of how product, go-to-market, customer experience, finance, and operations work together.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and operating cadence across the company, including annual thematic goals and quarterly OKRs.
• Tackle hard problems with minimal direction, identifying root causes and driving toward measurable outcomes.
• Translate priorities into coordinated actions and sustain momentum through delivery.
• Develop high-quality narratives and materials for board, investor, and executive meetings.
• Lead executive team meetings and offsites, shaping agendas around high-leverage issues.
