Based in Chicago, IL, the position operates on a 7:00am-3:30pm CST shift and collaborates with Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Sales to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or related process industries.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Coordinate schedules across locations to optimize utilization.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Use ERP/MRP to assess material requirements and inventory.
• Collaborate with Purchasing on raw materials availability.
• Analyze performance and report on scheduling efficiency.
