Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years planning experience; direct-to-consumer preferred.
• Experience with Amazon and/or wholesale preferred.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in forecasting, planning and data analytics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own division-, department-, class-, and style-level plans for Collaborations that align with brand strategy and financial goals.
• Partner with Merchandising to develop sales, margin and inventory plans that align with objectives.
• Develop bottom-up sales, inventory, receipt and demand plans for Collaborations launches.
• Manage open-to-buy, forecasts, and inventory planning; identify risks and actions.
• Lead pricing, markdowns, reorders, and inventory transfers to meet targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support accurate execution of plans.
• Provide analyses of performance trends and actionable recommendations.
