The Strategic Channel Partner Manager for North America & LATAM is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the channel partner strategy within the regions. This role is pivotal in identifying and nurturing high-impact relationships with partners to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction across both North America and Latin America. The individual will be tasked with managing relationships with key partners, expanding the partner ecosystem, and ensuring mutual business success in these diverse regions

As a Channel Partner Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Channel Partner Strategy Development & Execution
  • Developing and executing the channel partner strategy for North America and LATAM, aligned with company objectives and regional growth targets.
  • Identifying and prioritizing key markets within North America and LATAM for channel partner development, taking into account regional dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
  • Creating regional-specific go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales plans with partners to maximize market share and revenue.
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing strategic channel partners in North America and LATAM, ensuring high engagement and alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Negotiating and managing partner contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Acting as one of the primary points of contact for channel partners, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and performance.
  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
  • Driving revenue and market penetration by working closely with channel partners to identify new sales opportunities and customer segments.
  • Collaborating with partners to develop joint sales and marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead , sales pipeline growth, and closing high-value deals.
  • Supporting the expansion of the partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding new strategic partners in key regions within North America and LATAM.
  • Partner Enablement & Training
  • Providing comprehensive training and onboarding programs to ensure partners are well-equipped with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing materials.
  • Delivering ongoing partner enablement to support partners in achieving sales goals and ensuring they have access to the latest product updates, promotions, and market insights.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs and sales targets for channel partners, providing regular performance reviews and feedback.
  • Using data analytics to monitor channel performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Working with partners to optimize sales cycles, reduce churn, and increase partner productivity across North America and LATAM.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Working closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Legal, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create region-specific marketing campaigns and co-branded materials tailored to the needs of the North American and LATAM markets.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
  • Stay updated on regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities in North America and LATAM.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the market to internal teams to help shape product development, pricing strategies, and future market initiatives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensuring that partner agreements and activities comply with regional laws, regulations, and company policies, including trade compliance in both North America and LATAM.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to partner performance, financial stability, and market disruptions in these regions.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s/MBA ).
  • Possessa minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel Sales Support.
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication with partners across North America and LATAM.
  • Have compelling negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, align with business goals, and implement them effectively.
  • Be proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
