Job summary

TCL North America seeks a Senior Channel Finance Analyst to oversee financial management across customer accounts, balancing AR, collections, cash application, and deductions within OTC processes. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential to protect margins and optimize cash flow.

The role interfaces with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and customer organizations to ensure accurate reporting, risk mitigation, and financial discipline across accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Channel Finance, Commercial Finance, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, collections, chargebacks, credit management, or B2B customer account management.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, CPG, Retail, or Distribution environments preferred.
• Proven experience managing major retail customer/vendor portals for invoicing, remittance retrieval, deduction research, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and SUMIFS.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and customer account management, invoicing and cash application, and credit management.
• Oversee deductions, trade spend, and promotional settlements; ensure proper documentation and recovery of funds.
• Conduct aging, delinquency, and profitability analyses to guide decision-making.
• Support financial close, reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses for management.
