Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in business administration, management, or related field required
• A first-level university degree with two years of qualifying experience may substitute
• Experience in project/programme management, change management, or business transformation is required

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate assigned programs and projects
• Manage complex change and project initiatives and advise senior clients
• Maintain scope, requirements, deliverables, governance, resources, timelines, and risks
• Advise on aligning processes and operating models with mandates
• Provide training and support for organizational changes
• Ensure projects use best practices in change management and risk management
• Lead or participate in knowledge transfer, data analysis, and reporting
• Coordinate workshops, evaluations, and field missions
