Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Sr. Enablement Manager (Contract) to lead change management initiatives across North American hubs.

You will develop strategies, drive adoption, and partner with leadership to ensure successful organizational changes in a veterinary health context. The role requires collaboration with Learning & Development, Operations, and corporate functions, with on-site work at MVH hub locations in Vancouver, WA; Santa Monica, CA; or Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Organizational Development, Consulting or HR.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in global management consulting.
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Healthcare background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption.
• Create deliverables for the five change management levers.
• Identify change impacts and mitigation strategies.
• Provide coaching to managers and supervisors.
• Establish change-related KPIs.
