Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Chain Account Director to lead our CPWS portfolio with major partners such as Total Wine, CVS, and Walgreens. This role focuses on maximizing account performance across union city and related markets, driving growth and profitability through strategic leadership and field execution.

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package with a first-year earnings range of $120,000–$135,000 plus bonus and auto allowance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Seven years of relevant experience.
Must possess a valid driver license and auto-liability insurance as required by state laws.

Responsibilities

Ensure attainment of sales goals by evaluating partner relationships and opportunities.
Manage team to maximize sales and profits from accounts.
Coach and direct the team; define expectations and monitor progress.
Communicate promotions and programs to the sales team.
Attract, retain and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Build and develop a high performing sales team.
Provide summaries of sales activity to stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify development opportunities.
Identify market activity and business intelligence.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
