Qualifications

• Requires CFO/VP Finance experience in consumer products, branded products, manufacturing or adjacent environments.
• Private equity experience is required for this role.
• Strong background in FP&A, analytics, and commercial finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner to the CEO, Board and investors on strategy and value creation.
• Lead all finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit and risk management activities.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting and business analytics to improve decision-making.
