Responsibilities

• Stitch together Prioritization and Interpersonal Skills into one coherent workflow.
• Own one slice of BDO's general mission end to end.
• Keep the OK engine running while you rebuild parts of it.
• Push back, respectfully, when an Interpersonal Skills shortcut will cost us later.
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Support daily operations at our Norman site and keep workflows moving.
• Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend workable fixes.
