Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance required.
• Masters/CPA preferred.
• Five years' experience in business administration, educational administration, accounting, or community college experience including four years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the college's financial budget and reporting.
• Prepare and present annual budgets to the board.
• Coordinate development of master facility projects and capital planning.
• Oversee audit processes and financial reporting to governance bodies.
• Direct and coordinate cost analysis for college services and programs.
• Lead the budgeting process with department managers and leadership team.
• Manage auxiliary accounts revenue, expenditures, and fund balances.
• Oversee contracts and agreements with potential financial impact.
