Formación

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with ownership groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CPA, MBA, or other advanced credentials preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic financial leadership for the organization
• Partner with executive leadership on business planning and decision-making
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Lead cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital planning
• Develop and enhance financial reporting and performance metrics
• Evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and potential acquisitions
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements
