This position demands a strategic business leader who can connect numbers to the bigger picture, guide investments and drive sustainable, profitable growth across a complex, geographically dispersed business. Richmond, VA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in finance and accounting.
• Experience with integrations, transformation or complex multi-site organizations.
• MBA, CPA or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics; drive profitability and growth.
• Oversee financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, audit and compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Finance & Accounting organization.
• Navigate a geographically dispersed business within a global organization.
