North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations, reporting to the CEO. This role directs Accounting and Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Pharmacy, and champions a high-trust team culture while safeguarding financial sustainability in a federally qualified health center serving rural communities on the Olympic Peninsula.

The CFO partners with clinical and administrative leaders to align fiscal planning with NOHN's mission, ensure GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of senior financial leadership; FQHC/community health exp preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape NOHN's long-term financial strategy with the CEO.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Direct revenue diversification and grant funding strategies.
• Provide financial modeling to support growth and investments.
• Mentor and develop finance, revenue cycle, and pharmacy leaders.
